Anchored an eight-session “Impactful Leadership” series for future leaders of Dubai. This focused on an array of strategic leadership skills – including scenario planning, futures thinking, portfolio optimization, agility and resiliency amidst uncertainty, and storytelling, among others. Participants in this university collaborative program developed prototype projects to address seven key priorities in the country’s ambitious long-range vision.
