Co-faculty director of an annual 2-week program on “Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy” for visiting EMBA students from Norway’s leading business school. Conducted at UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business, these all-day classes offer an intensive introduction to the Silicon Valley-style startup culture, with our “heads in, hands on, feet first” teaching style. Blending in-class lectures with several cycles of team project development beginning in Norway, we give students a firsthand, albeit compressed, feel for what it takes to design and launch a new venture, whether inside an existing company or as an independent startup.
